Refund policy

Faulty products will either be fixed or replaced. 

On products that the manufacturer offers a warranty it is a carry in warranty.

Products tempered with, we will not entertain fixing or replacing.

Pcp rifles and compressors are tested before shipping.

We do not offer warranty on Pcp compressors. We test them throughly instore even though the distributor tests them at the time of shipping to us. Manufacturers of the compressor also test before arriving at out distributors. 

We will not ship faulty or defective products to our customers intentionally.

After purchasing and before dispatch if a customer chooses to opt for a refund and has paid via eft there will be no fee taken from the refund however if paid via payfast then we will deduct 5% as the payment provider charges us for each transaction which equates to approximately 5% of the transaction value. 

Refunds are only done via eft, refunds processed within 5 working days from the date of requesting the refund however if the customer insists on refunding via payfast and payfast allows it then a further 5% will be incurred by the customer.

No refunds on specials or marked down products as well as on clearance items.
